Position Summary: We are in search of a talented Automotive Tinting Specialist who possesses a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor. This role is ideal for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive aesthetics. The primary responsibility will be to expertly apply a variety of industry-leading tint films to vehicle windows and windshields, ensuring that every installation meets both client expectations and our stringent quality standards.

Key Duties:

  • Precisely apply plotter-cut window tint films with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean workspace to uphold the quality of work.
  • Thoroughly inspect and prepare vehicle windows before the tinting process.
  • Conduct final inspections to guarantee client satisfaction prior to delivery.
  • Assist in educating clients about tint options and their advantages.
  • Inform clients about warranty details and proper maintenance of their window tint.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and assist others.
  • Strong focus on detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends or extended hours as necessary. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in an automotive environment.
  • Specific experience in window tinting is preferred, though training is available.
  • Familiarity with various window tinting tools and equipment.
  • Certification in automotive window tinting is advantageous.
  • Understanding of local tinting regulations.
  • Experience with paint protection film installation is a plus.
