About the Job

We are seeking an experienced F&B Operations Director to join our team at the Elliot Park Hotel Autograph Collection. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of all food and beverage operations, developing and implementing strategies aligned with the company's business goals, and ensuring maximum revenue from all sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the success of all food & beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's business goals, including revenue maximization and guest satisfaction improvement.
  • Manage department budgets, participate in P&L reviews, and oversee financial performance.
  • Lead departmental meetings, recruit, interview, hire, and train F&B associates, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Maintain a professional and personable appearance in accordance with hotel standards and demonstrate leadership in teamwork, guest service, problem-solving, work ethic, and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hospitality operation.
  • Beverage certification preferred.
  • Must have supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on own and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
