Medication Technician Weekend Shifts

We are seeking a skilled Medication Technician to join our team on weekend shifts. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify new client medication upon intake
- Complete medication paperwork required for new admissions
- Assist medical department with related documentation
- Work with physicians and nursing staff to ensure client needs are being met
- Assist with and oversee medication administration
- Communicate with staff verbally or in written communication logs
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment for clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of medical field with 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Experience with use of an electronic medical record preferred
