Position Overview
The Department of Radiology at Tufts Medical Center is actively seeking a dedicated Musculoskeletal Radiologist at any career stage to enhance our dynamic team. We prioritize diversity, inclusive leadership, and mentorship, alongside a commitment to work-life balance and physician well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the MSK section chief and residents/fellows in the MSK section.
- Interpret MSK imaging studies, including extremity and spine plain films, DEXA scans, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
- Perform light imaging-guided procedures, such as fluoro-guided drug injections, arthrogram injections, and joint aspirations. Skills in ultrasound-guided MSK interventions are a plus but not mandatory.
- Engage in teaching radiology residents and fellows.
- Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects, typically mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Fulfill weekend on-call duties remotely, with home workstations provided.
- Explore opportunities for voluntary internal moonlighting for additional income.
- Participate in multidisciplinary and educational conferences.
- While full-time onsite work is preferred, we can accommodate requests for partial remote work based on individual circumstances.
- Receive annual incentives based on academic productivity, teaching contributions, and clinical performance during the annual review.
- Academic and administrative time will be allocated based on educational and leadership roles.

As a Level-1 Trauma Center located in downtown Boston, Tufts Medical Center serves as the academic flagship of Tufts Medicine, a healthcare network that also includes community healthcare practices. We provide clinical faculty for the ACGME Diagnostic Radiology and Fellowship programs at Tufts University School of Medicine.

Qualifications
- MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent degree required.
- Board eligibility/certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
- Completion or in-progress completion of an MSK radiology fellowship at the time of application.
- Medical licensure or eligibility in Massachusetts.
