Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations, site-specific protocols, and Bilfinger's safety standards for insulation application
• Participating in safety pre-job audits (JSA's) to identify potential hazards
• Accurately measuring and cutting insulation materials
• Installing insulation around pipes and ducts with precision
• Collaborating effectively with team members to meet project objectives
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and colleagues
• Keeping work areas organized and clean
• Adapting to diverse work environments and physical demands as necessary
