The Breakfast Attendant is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests in the complimentary breakfast area, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized breakfast area, including restocking supplies and cleaning tables and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold options, to guests.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and satisfactorily pass responsible serving course.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions

The Breakfast Attendant will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with frequent interactions with guests and team members. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
