The Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) is in search of a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team under the guidance of the Director of Payroll Services. This role is pivotal in managing payroll for designated healthcare facilities and overseeing the deployment of the UltiPro payroll system in newly established locations.

Key Responsibilities- Administer and process payroll for all assigned healthcare facilities.
- Efficiently and accurately manage employee data updates, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and transfers.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Play an active role in the rollout of the UltiPro payroll system at new and startup facilities.
- Offer support and assistance to facilities as required.
- Reconcile payroll for all assigned locations.
- Generate payroll reports as necessary.
- Organize hours and input data for weekly productivity assessments.
- Oversee the reconciliation and approval of all W-2s and W-3s.
- Ensure the accuracy of quarterly payroll reports.
- Conduct research projects as requested.
- Represent Community Hospital Corporation at relevant meetings.
- Support and uphold the organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively with others.
- Experience with UKG, Ultipro, and/or Dimensions is advantageous.
- Proficient understanding of payroll fundamentals.
- Ability to operate a sophisticated automated payroll system.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll information.
- Recognize the significance of payroll-related issues.
- Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability.
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with diverse audiences.
- Work collaboratively with all levels of management and staff.
