Salary
The estimated salary for this pediatric physician position is $250,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. This compensation package includes a guaranteed base salary, as well as opportunities for additional earnings through performance bonuses and productivity incentives.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced pediatric physician to join our team in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. As a member of our medical staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working in a unique and scenic location. Our practice offers a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on patient-centered care and community involvement.

We also offer relocation assistance of up to $12,000, as well as a CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. You will have the opportunity to participate in on-call coverage, which varies by region, and will work closely with our Pediatric Hospitalist team. Additionally, you will be able to teach and mentor medical students from MCW-Green Bay, further enriching your professional experience.
