About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Mechanic to join our team. As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Supervise: Oversee the daily activities of our HVAC technicians and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular inspections and perform repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate projects related to the installation, upgrade, or replacement of mechanical systems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
