Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to fill a travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a 13-week contract that offers a unique opportunity for professionals to expand their skill set while exploring new locations.

Responsibilities

This role will involve providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in speech therapy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. A minimum of one to three years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist is preferred, along with relevant certifications and qualifications.
