Vice President of Healthcare Operations

The Vice President of Revenue Operations at Cypress Health Partners will play a pivotal leadership role in driving strategic initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize the revenue cycle, leading and refining the credentialing process, and managing relationships with payors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scorecards, dashboards, and metrics to quickly identify challenges and improve performance.
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency to enhance the overall revenue cycle and reduce manual efforts.
- Analyze RCM and credentialing metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
- Experience in the healthcare landscape; physical therapy experience is a strong plus but not required.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
