About the Opportunity
Cypress Health Partners is seeking an experienced Strategic Revenue Cycle Leader to join our team as the Vice President of Revenue Operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, coding, collections, cash posting, and patient registration.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency.
  • Lead and refine the credentialing process to ensure timely onboarding and compliance with payor requirements.
  • Manage relationships with payors to resolve operational issues, streamline workflows, and maintain positive partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
  • Experience in the healthcare landscape; physical therapy experience is a strong plus but not required.
