POSITION OVERVIEW:
The main responsibility of this role is to assist patients in achieving their maximum physical capabilities and support them in reaching their therapy objectives while complying with health and safety standards.

Key Qualifications & Duties:

  • Associate's Degree from an accredited institution is mandatory
  • Valid state licensure is required
  • Support the Physical Therapist in delivering care to residents
  • Maintain precise documentation of residents' progress
  • Report any changes in residents' conditions to the healthcare team
  • Modify treatment plans under the guidance of the Physical Therapist

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous

Work Schedule and Compensation:
