Group Therapist PRN

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Group Therapist to join our team at The Horsham Clinic, a 206-bed private behavioral healthcare facility located in Montgomery County. As a Group Therapist, you will be an active member of the treatment team and responsible for developing individualized interventions to assist patients in meeting their treatment goals.

• Develop and lead group therapies consistent with the clinical needs of the population and the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients to share their experiences and work towards their treatment goals.

• Masters Degree and Certification in Creative Arts Therapy (Music, Dance/Movement, and/or Yoga).
• Experience in Group Therapy required.
• Knowledge of principles and practices relevant to nursing and patient care activities.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, direct, and monitor others' activities with demonstrated leadership abilities that contribute to a positive work environment.
