Job Description

Company Overview

Domino's Franchise is a leading pizza delivery company seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including cost controls, inventory management, customer relations, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cash handling
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and control costs to meet or exceed budget targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Preferred 1 year of restaurant management experience
