POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Patent Attorney with a strong background in telecommunications and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of patent preparation and prosecution, demonstrating significant expertise in the field.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- In-depth knowledge of technology and wireless communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Admission to the state bar (California bar preferred, but not mandatory).
- Admission to the USPTO.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited institution.
