We are seeking a skilled Lead Assembly Operator to join our team in Dover, NH.

This role involves working in our Carbon filter production area, supporting supervisors, training employees, and ensuring production efficiency, safety, and process adherence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly pay range of $24 - $28, depending on experience
  • 11 paid holidays per year
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation, accrued weekly, and prorated based on hire date

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate employees in using lean tools and processes
  • Ensure employees follow safety procedures, enforce PPE usage, and train on procedures
  • Work with supervisors to support and advocate for lean principles, including Kanban and material flow ideologies
  • Use decision-making abilities to resolve problems and prioritize multiple tasks within the manufacturing process

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 25lbs. Closed-toe shoes are required on the distribution floor.
