This key role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of people initiatives that drive business growth and support our dynamic and sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with senior leaders to align operational strategies with people initiatives that resonate with frontline associates.
  • Lead the enhancement and execution of performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs to shore up skill gaps with internal talent.
  • Align resources for leadership recruiting and onboarding processes to attract the depth and diversity of talent needed to meet business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Regional Manufacturing Managers to develop and implement people initiatives that support regional strategic plans.
  • Support Regional Manufacturing Managers with their continued professional development.
  • In partnership with the Plant Manager, oversee HR responsibilities of the Plant Office and People Managers at site locations.
  • Proactively partner with internal HR teams to ensure alignment with supply chain business strategies to reduce downstream employment obstacles that may distract from driving business results.
  • Be in the driver's seat of transformation to support change management and communication cascades throughout all levels of the Supply Chain.
  • Evaluate our organizational structure and offer counsel on how it could be improved to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business results through people initiatives.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through people initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and frontline associates.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business results.
  • Experience with performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programs.
  • Ability to partner with internal HR teams to ensure alignment with supply chain business strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate organizational structures and offer counsel on improvements.
