About YouWe are looking for a talented Systems Engineer with a strong background in MBSE, system design, and integration. You will be working closely with our cross-functional team to develop requirements, system architectures, and concepts of operation for our novel spacecraft system.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or a related field, typically 10 or more years of relevant experience, and an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance. Preferred qualifications include experience with requirements management and system modeling tools, such as DOORS, Rhapsody, and Cameo.
Responsibilities- Develop complex system architectures using MBSE tools and practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop requirements, system architectures, and concepts of operation
- Collaborate with engineers to design, build, and operate small satellites
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
At Sierra Space, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,759.14, annual incentive pay based on performance, and a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 8%, life insurance, and 3 weeks paid time off.
