Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical histories and physical examinations
• Review medical tests and documents
• Assess applicant medical documentation and render medical opinions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be a licensed Physician (MD/DO) with a current, unrestricted license from a US state or territory
• Must have completed a residency or provided direct patient care within the last three years
• Must have a minimum of one year of post-graduate training accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
• Must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
• Must have a medical school accredited by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) or Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA)

Physical Demands

• The Physician will be required to sit and talk or hear regularly, and to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently
• The Physician may occasionally be required to stand, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• The Physician must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision

Estimated Salary/Wage
Up to USD $90.00/Hr.
