Position Overview

The base compensation for this role is $20.64 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

1. Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed explanations of menu items.

2. Accurately record guest orders, confirming details to ensure precision.

3. Efficiently input orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen/bar staff.

4. Take note of any dietary restrictions or allergies and relay this information to the culinary team.

5. Prepare beverage orders with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Serve guests using appropriate utensils, demonstrating manual dexterity.

7. Assist in collecting and organizing food orders from the kitchen.

8. Complete daily order forms for the following day’s service and distribute them to the relevant departments.

9. Process transactions for all retail and food and beverage orders, including cash and credit card sales.

10. Balance tip slips for each server and generate financial reports, cashier reports, and end-of-day revenue summaries.

11. Prepare end-of-shift cashier reports and ensure your cash drawer is balanced.

12. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station before, during, and after your shift.

13. Regularly sanitize work surfaces, equipment, and utensils throughout your shift.

14. Perform additional duties such as restocking condiments, utensils, and beverages as needed.

15. Organize and store requisitioned supplies from the storeroom as required.

16. Participate in the monthly inventory of retail items, liquor, and beverages.

17. Familiarize yourself with the hotel layout and operational hours of each outlet.

18. Carry out any cleaning tasks related to the outlet.
