Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Home Health Services

AHS Staffing is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide home health services to infants, toddlers, and their families. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with a transdisciplinary team of therapists to ensure the development and implementation of family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients and families as part of the transdisciplinary team.
- Follow birth to three guidelines to ensure effective service delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs, if applicable.
- Travel to various locations, including Middletown, New Britain, Meriden, New Haven, Norwich, and New London.
Requirements:
- Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
- Valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations.
- Active credential as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience in children and family services with a focus on Early Intervention, preferred.
- Valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Ability to work flexible hours and drive/travel to varying locations as needed.
