Are you a motivated and organized individual looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic production environment? We are seeking a Production Team Lead to join our Ammeraal Beltech team in Skokie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of production staff and coordinate activities to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Review work orders, production schedules, and reports to determine production requirements
  • Evaluate current work cell capacity and implement changes to improve on-time performance
  • Plan and implement work schedules, assignments, and workflow to meet production goals
  • Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and implement changes
  • Ensure team members adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience with 2 years of supervision experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service attitude and team player mentality
  • Computer skills, including Windows 7 and Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with AS 400 is desirable
