About the Role

Froehlich's is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team in the Sandwich Department. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sandwich Artists to deliver exceptional customer service and create mouth-watering sandwiches that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sandwich Artists to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality products
  • Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and presentation styles to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items, specials, and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math
  • A knack for problem-solving and following guidelines
  • A team player mentality that enhances collaboration and camaraderie
  • High school education or equivalent is preferred
  • ServSafe certification is a plus
