We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily operations, including cost controls, inventory management, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of team members.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and take initiative.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job.
