The Vehicle Delivery Specialist serves as the primary contact for clients regarding inquiries about their vehicle's technology. This role involves becoming a knowledgeable expert on Lexus technology and providing comprehensive explanations of vehicle features, warranty details, and maintenance schedules. Additionally, the Specialist will handle phone inquiries and assist clients in the Service Department with their questions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Effectively present Lexus products to ensure customer comprehension.
  2. Maintain extensive product and technical knowledge through ongoing research.
  3. Address customer inquiries related to vehicle technology.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with vehicle technology features.
  5. Acquire in-depth knowledge of all Lexus vehicles.
  6. Prepare and practice presentations for all Lexus models and their functionalities.
  7. Utilize a collection of resources to aid in customer explanations.
  8. Assist clients during vehicle deliveries, tailoring the experience to their needs.
  9. Demonstrate vehicle features, technical systems, and controls.
  10. Introduce quick guides and online resources for further information.
  11. Facilitate a seamless transition from the initial delivery to ongoing support.
  12. Keep a record of all customer deliveries.
  13. Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and understanding of technology features.
  14. Contribute to the development of training materials.
  15. Train sales staff and dealership personnel on new technologies.
  16. Engage proactively with customers visiting the dealership to address questions and concerns.
  17. Collaborate with the Sales department to assist customers with technology-related appointments.
  18. Oversee vehicle deliveries for the sales team, ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
  19. Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
