Job Responsibilities

As an Accounting Assistant/Admin Support professional at Essco Calibration Laboratory, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the accounting department. These may include filing AP & AR Invoices, sorting AP billing & matching with PO's, reaching out to vendors for missing invoices, collections, coding shipment reports for billing, assisting with CAF forms, maintaining status reports, monitoring accounting email, updating customers in Indy & QB, processing customer C.C., assisting with credit reference & ACH forms, calling/emailing/chatting with customers, and special projects as assigned.

This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Filing AP & AR Invoices
  • Sorting AP billing & matching with PO's. Reaching out to Vendors for missing invoices
  • Collections
  • Coding Shipment reports for billing. (Ups & FedEx)
  • Assisting with CAF forms
  • Maintaining status reports as assigned (Unbilled, Items Awaiting Shipment., etc.)
  • Monitoring Accounting email
  • Updating Customers in Indy & QB
  • Processing Customer C.C. as assigned
  • Assisting with Credit Reference & ACH forms
  • Calling/emailing/chatting with customers on assignments as directed.
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
