Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our team at OSI Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning production and plant equipment
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment
  • Lubricate production equipment on a daily basis
  • Replace broken belts, bearings, motors, and electrical systems as necessary
  • Monitor and correct oil levels and oil condition on a weekly basis
  • Calibrate production equipment to ensure all parts are running in sync
  • Repair light fixtures and replace light bulbs throughout the plant
  • Repair pipes and plumbing problems throughout the plant
  • Build machine modifications or system improvements as requested by management
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical systems and controls for production equipment and throughout the plant
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Keep area clean
Requirements
  • 1 year on-the-job training by other maintenance mechanics
  • Years of experience in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of plant production machinery
