- Support production by reducing equipment downtime and scrap through good analytical methodologies.
- Perform equipment and facilities preventive maintenance per schedule, documenting all activities.
- Recommend changes to tooling, processes, and equipment to improve productivity and uptime.
- Repair equipment as required, documenting all activities to maintain a mean time to repair (MTTR) of less than 30 minutes.
- Assist in fabricating and implementing projects as needed.
- Maintain a healthy and safe work environment, adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
- Document all activities as required.
- High School Diploma and 4 years of experience in Industrial maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2 years of Preventative Maintenance experience.
- Abilities to read blueprints and machine schematics.
- Competent in pneumatics, electrical, and Lock out Tag out applications.
- Working knowledge of tools, including drill presses, mills, and belt sanders.
- Basic abilities to weld.
- Able to operate a computer and maintain records of maintenance.
- Analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and responsibilities independently.
- Valid driver's license required.
