As a Store Manager for a 7-Eleven franchisee, you will have the chance to create and maintain an exceptional store experience for guests. This role involves coaching and training employees, making operational business decisions, and overseeing all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet guest needs
