- Offer unique and practical solutions to clients' needs, adapting and presenting suitable alternatives.
- Expertly troubleshoot virtual meeting technology, including webinars, and stay up-to-date with the latest changes in core functionality and tools.
- Deep understanding of various physical in-room conference systems, including troubleshooting AV racks, teleconference-VTC codecs, Creston/AMX, and related touch panel systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Must understand AV conference room system operation and signal flow.
- Experience working in a government environment preferred.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.
- Audio Visual Technician certification (AVT) must be completed within 90 days of employment.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
