Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new mortgage applications through established lead channels.
  • Foster relationships with existing and prospective borrowers.
  • Evaluate customers' financial situations and recommend suitable loan products.
  • Structure loans and provide rate quotes to clients.
  • Perform common sense underwriting for proprietary loan programs.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of current experience in loan origination.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Current NMLS certification and ability to obtain additional company-sponsored licensing.
  • Strong motivation to excel in a sales-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive professional.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Encompass LOS is a plus.
