Agronomy Applicator Job Description

The Agronomy Applicator is a key role within Superior AG Resources Cooperative Inc, responsible for the application of crop nutrients and crop protection products. This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precise blending and application of fertilizers and agricultural chemicals based on recommendations and label directions.
  • Maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Performing mechanic work on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Completing applicator logs and reports to track product usage and application schedules.
  • Collaborating with the Location Manager to ensure timely delivery of products to local destinations.
  • Operating equipment in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Providing training and support to seasonal employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Prior experience in a related field is a plus, but not required.
