Job Summary:

The Agronomy Applicator is a key member of our team at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc, responsible for the application of crop nutrients and crop protection products. This full-time position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for working outdoors, and excellent equipment operation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crop Application: Precisely blend and apply fertilizers and agricultural chemicals based on recommendations and label directions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Complete applicator logs, reports, and maintain accurate records of product inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Promote the business with existing and potential customers, and ensure timely delivery of products to local destinations.
  • Safety and Compliance: Perform job duties safely and in compliance with environmental regulations and company guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training seasonal employees and contribute to the growth and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Prior experience preferred but not required

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
