About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care.
  • Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $21.00 per hour.
  • Full-time positions available, with three 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, and 3p-11p.
  • One week required every other weekend.
  • Eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, after 30 days of employment.
