Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Regency Park Nursing & Rehab Jefferson. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current Iowa Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to treat and care for residents with dignity and respect
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
