Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer to drive the technology strategy and innovation of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI, large language models, and signal processing, with a proven track record in leading technology initiatives and teams. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement the technology vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  3. Oversee the end-to-end development of our technology solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security.
  4. Utilize your expertise in AI, LLMs, and signal processing to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven solutions that enhance our service offerings.
  5. Leverage your healthcare background to ensure our technology solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations, and effectively address the unique needs of the healthcare sector.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  7. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance our competitive edge.
  8. Manage the technology budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven company.
  2. Direct healthcare experience in building software/AI applications.
  3. Experience within senior living/home care (RPM/CCM/CTM) market segments.
  4. Voice engagement care plan delivery experience.
  5. Strong background in AI, large language models (LLMs), and signal processing.
  6. Experience in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of healthcare technologies and regulations.
  7. Demonstrated success in leading and scaling engineering teams.
  8. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
