Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, you will also enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.

Job Description

As a Teacher at KinderCare Learning Companies, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing our curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
  • Creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Partnering with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • A valid CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • An active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
