Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced construction estimator to join our team at Rycon Construction, Inc. in Cleveland.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience estimating commercial construction projects, including new/ground up construction, interior renovation/tenant improvement, and fit-out projects up to $20 million.
The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating quantities and costs of construction items, researching material, labor, and equipment pricing, and participating in market condition research.
Additionally, the estimator will assist in the scope of work of multiple trades, ensure nothing is missed for the project team, and respond to common inquiries or issues from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business and general community.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent communication and analytical skills, be able to read drawings and interpret specifications, and have prior experience with multiple bid styles.
