We are seeking a skilled LPN or CMA to join our team at the Paynesville Walk-in Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Room and document thorough medical history from patients
- Communicate results and relevant medical information to patients and their families
- Ensure the day-to-day activities of the walk-in clinic are completed efficiently and on time
- Work well both independently and with others
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, patients, and their families
- Assess, problem solve, and handle tasks as they arise
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) or medical assistant program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota or certification as a Medical Assistant
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.66 or more for LPNs and $18.62 or more for CMAs
- Hiring bonus: $2,500 (LPN), $2,000 (CMA)
- Relocation bonus: $5,000 for eligible candidates
