Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN or CMA to join our team at CentraCare's Paynesville Walk-in Clinic. As a medical professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care
    • Room and document thorough medical history from patients
    • Communicate results and relevant medical information to patients and their families
    • Ensure the day-to-day activities of the walk-in clinic are completed efficiently and on time
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Work well both independently and with others
    • Communicate effectively with coworkers, patients, and their families
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Assess and problem-solve tasks as they arise
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) or medical assistant program
    • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota (LPN) or certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to assess and problem-solve tasks as they arise
Benefits

    • $19.66 or more per hour for LPNs and $18.62 or more per hour for CMAs
