Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities through sweeping, dusting, and other cleaning methods.
  • Conduct maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Assist with regular landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Paint and seal gaps or cracks in walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
  • Repair and maintain equipment or appliances.
  • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
