Medical Laboratory Technician Job Opportunity at Mountain Home AFB, ID

**Job Summary:**

Nurses Etc. Staffing is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to work at Mountain Home AFB, ID. The ideal candidate will have a certificate in medical laboratory technology and certification/registration as determined by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologist (AMT).

**Responsibilities:**

* Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze body fluids, tissues, and other substances
* Maintain accurate records and reports of test results
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans

**Requirements:**

* Certificate in medical laboratory technology from a program accredited by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) or the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)
* Certification/registration as determined by the ASCP or AMT
* One year of experience as a medical laboratory technician
