Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose: We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the execution of manufacturing talent acquisition for Kyowa Kirin North America. This role will work closely with HR and business management to develop candidate sourcing strategies, implement digital recruiting, and execute the hiring of highly effective talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for all levels of manufacturing in Sanford, NC, working with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and identify critical skills.
- Implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of available candidates and anticipate hiring needs.
- Presents candidates to hiring managers and partners with them to run hiring process debriefs.
- Manages the applicant tracking system to effectively manage candidate communications and applicant flow through the hiring process.
- Negotiates offers with candidates and explains the value of each package thoroughly.
- Serves as an influential, consultative voice on hiring decisions.
- Utilizes analytics to make decisions based on facts and data.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
- Strong experience in developing digital recruiting strategies is required.
- Strong management skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, resolve conflict, and influence change.
- Strong data analytical skills and experience using data strategically to manage the function.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to the Talent Acquisition function.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess a strong level of discretion and integrity to manage confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse preferred.
- Detail-oriented and excellent follow-through.
- Ability to balance work independently with minimal supervision and respond effectively to competing priorities.
- Ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires candidates to be able to work in Sanford, North Carolina, 5 days a week.
