Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Float Therapist Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description

The Lead Float Therapist Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized physical therapy treatments to patients with various medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments to identify areas for improvement and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and quality of care.
Requirements

To be successful as a Lead Float Therapist Specialist, you must have:

  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A valid Physical Therapy License in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull with 30 pounds of force.
Salary and Benefits
