About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Therapist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a Lead Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of therapists in delivering high-quality services.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. You must be licensed in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin and have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.
  • Supervise physical therapy assistants and students as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports according to department policies.
  • Pursue professional growth through continuing education courses and department in-services.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
  • Licensed in the State of Illinois or Wisconsin.
  • BLS certification.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, and squat throughout the workday. The employee must also be able to push/pull with 30 lbs. of force and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is between $85,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
