Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions, such as Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBIs), and working collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Provide training and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of ABA
Requirements
  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 1+ years of experience working with children with autism
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
