Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc | My Team ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional and skill-based assessments to identify goals and develop strategies for implementation
  • Design and implement individualized plans to promote skill acquisition and behavior change
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide caregiver training
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for clients
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
  • BCBA certification
  • 1+ year experience in ABA working with children 0-21
  • Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments, identifying goals, designing plans, implementing strategies, and monitoring progress preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs and providing caregiver training preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Dependable, consistent, reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Able to perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills: bend, kneel, squat, sit on floor level or in a chair, or stand for periods of time while working with clients
  • Able to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of clients
  • Able and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
