Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary and benefit package to our full-time employees, including a $95,000/year base salary, plus benefits such as health, dental, vision, retirement, and disability options.

About the Role

This Charge Nurse position is responsible for coordinating patient care delivery through a team of individuals. You will use your knowledge of patient needs to assist patients throughout their care continuum.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in a team environment
  • Coordinating patient care delivery with other healthcare professionals
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid State of Georgia or eCompact Nursing License
  • At least one year of nursing experience
  • An interest in psychiatric, mental health, and/or behavioral health nursing
  • A passion for providing patient-centered care
