Physiotherapy Clinic Manager Position

Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist to lead our clinical team at one or more of our senior living communities. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to residents, implementing company-wide policies and clinical programs, and advising interdisciplinary care partners on treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the provision of physical therapy and wellness services to older adults
- Lead operational initiatives to improve quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in accordance with company policies
You will also be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to patients. Additionally, you will contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving initiatives within the organization.
Requirements:To be considered for this position, you should have a strong background in physical therapy, including completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program and current state licensure in PT. You should also possess excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off. Part-time employees also receive voluntary benefits, while full-time employees enjoy flexible paid time off, among other perks.
